Fully Customizable to Your Candles

Fiber Interior Packaging is fully customizable to fit specific candle shapes and designs perfectly, preventing any movement or breakage during shipping.

We create custom-shaped molds from a pulp slurry by mixing used fibrous materials such as newsprint and corrugated boxes with water to separate the fibers. We then pull the slurry through a custom-designed mesh to form the fibers into the desired shape. Finally, we dry the packaging material in an oven to evaporate the excess moisture and bind the fibers in place.

The result is a packaging mold that perfectly fits the shape of your candle. Place the corresponding piece at the bottom of your shipping box, put your candle on top, and position the other piece on top of the candle.

Our thick-wall molding technique produces packaging inserts between 3/16 and 3/8 inches thick with a smooth interior and a rough exterior.

Molded fiber packaging is made from fully biodegradable and recycled materials, such as newsprint, paperboard, natural fibers and corrugated cardboard. Biodegradable and recyclable materials are better for the environment because they’re easily broken down and able to be repurposed for other uses.

These materials are also 100% curbside recyclable, meaning consumers can easily return them to the recycled paper stream. Our entire process is sustainable, from the types of material we use and the processes we employ in production to the methods of delivery we choose.

Protects Products During Shipping

With molded fiber protective packaging, we craft the fibers to fit individual products. One thick-walled mold fiber insert is placed at the bottom of the shipping box, the product goes in the middle, and the other insert is placed on top. Then, the cardboard box is taped to secure the product during shipping. The thick walls are sturdy and provide sufficient cushioning, blocking and bracing for candle jars.
